The Games Room is the heart of celebrations at The Edinburgh Grand, an elegantly dressed private dining space overlooking the picturesque St Andrew Square, with capacity for up to 50 guests and the flexibility to be styled exactly as you imagine it. Think bespoke floral tablescapes, candlelight, and a room that feels entirely yours.
For your ceremony, the Director's Suite is something truly special. Once the private office of the Director of the National Bank of Scotland, this ornate room is framed by original pillars and anchored by a feature fireplace, the kind of backdrop that makes saying "I do" feel as grand as it should. It accommodates up to 45 guests and can be hired for both weekday and weekend celebrations.
And if you're looking for something truly unforgettable, the Penthouse Terrace sits above the city with panoramic views stretching across Edinburgh's skyline. Perfect for an outdoor summer ceremony or a relaxed drinks reception, it's the kind of place where photographs take care of themselves. It can be added to any package as a supplement, with the option to stay the night in one of the three King Bedrooms.

With 50 beautifully appointed suites across the hotel, from one to three-bedroom options complete with generous living spaces, fully equipped kitchens and en suite bathrooms, your guests can settle in, stay a while, and make a proper trip of it.
After the wedding breakfast, keep the celebration going at Lady Libertine, our late-night bar and restaurant set across two floors just steps from the hotel. With live DJ entertainment every Friday and Saturday, a subterranean restaurant and bar with its own distinct atmosphere, and the option to hire The Vault or the Basement Bar exclusively for your private after party, the night doesn't have to end when dinner does.
